a former chapter of Valley of the Silver Rains, once located in Van Nuys/Encino, California.
Heraldry
History
Began in 1996 as the shire of Rogue's Haven under the Celestial Kingdom. Reformed as Broken Spears in March of 1998 under VSR. Held it's last meeting in April of 2000.
