Biography
Jacques Le Nebuloso is a mysterious riddle wrapped up in an enigma. No one, not even his loyal followers truely know who or what he is. They merely follow his EVIL FRENCH commands as best they can and hope not to incure his most extrwaordinary wath.

Notable Accomplishments
- During a charity Jai-alai tournament for french orphans in 1996, was the last known person to pull off the Four-Wall Chula.
- On the executive board of Red Bicyclette during the unfortunate Pinot Noir Scandall. However, was cleared of all charges while the other 12 executives were found guilty. His name was not even in any of the press articles involving it, and the company to this day denies any knowledge of him.
