Spell Type
Control Magic, verbal (20 ft. range), Healer Lvl. 1 and Bard Lvl. 5.
Incantation
Repeat x5 "I silence thee."
Effect
Victim cannot speak or cast magic for a 100 count.
Notes
Speaking requirements used in class abilities to allow others to know what the player is doing (sanctuary chant, etc.) are not affected and may still be used.
