A chapter that never actually met. In reality it was just an idea by a couple of members of Mists of the Dawn who were fed up with getting nuked by over powered custom classes being used at the time there.
The Holy Land of N.O.D's plan was to deny ANY association with magic or the supernatural, and would not permit the use of artifacts, enchanted weapons, or any other magic related items. This was to be a permanent rule no matter who the monarch was, no one was to ever change it.
