Created by Lady Dreanya Jurista. The predecessor to the AmtCard Project AmtCards. Started as a Tri-Kingdom Dragonmaster entry in December 2006 and inspired by Arch Duke Sir Logan T. Black.
By July 2008, over 150 people in the Emerald Hills, and 100 people outside of the Emerald Hills, had applied for AmtCards.
