Parameters
- ruleset: The rulebook this ability comes from, ie.. V8, Dor Un Avarthar X, Nautical Nights, etc...
- type: From the Types of magic, ie verbal, enchantment, etc..
- school: The School of magic, ie Sorcery, Protection, etc..
- range: The range of the ability
- incant: The incantation
- materials: Any material components required.
- effect: The effect of the ability
- limit: Any limitations of the ability.
- note: Additional notes.
