Biography
Lord Neht Moon-and-Star is a member of Clockwork Spires in the Kingdom of Westmarch. He is the current Monarch of the chapter.
Neht's persona name is a reference to Indoril Nerevar, also known as Nerevar Moon-and-Star, from The Elder Scrolls game franchise. Neht is the letter "N" in the Daedric alphabet.
