Research and analysis of the ORK has shown that in today's game, women do not succeed at fighting at the same rate or to the same level that men do. Out of players with a 1st Warrior, the same proportion of women reach 6th Order of the Warrior, as men reach Warlord. This is true for every location in the game and every time for which we have records.
