Playtests in Amtgard
Since the advent of the rules committees' meeting at Clan each year, there have been play-tests to validate potential rules changes. It is the duty of the Rule Representative, sometimes assisted by the GMR, to run play-test games in their local provinces. They should then report their findings and experiences to the rules committee forum, on E-Sam. The process is intended to iron out the kinks in new rules before they are added to the rulebook.
