What does everyone think?

After the recent issues with admin witch hunts, I think it's best to reorganize how we handle adminship. I'd like to move to a new system of direct community involvement with all things on the wiki, and make it easier for people to be involved. This changes a lot of things that we have done in the past, but perhaps it's for the better. Edit at will, but try not to change major things until we can discuss them.
