Is there a link or a post that was made by Sathallarin where he's claiming to be responsible for award standardization?

He currently is telling people that he is infamous for Award Standardization, and not the previously stated debacle. For the record Sathallarin didn't have anything to do with Award Standardization. Was re-reading this and saw that it left out 2 details. 1.) The CoK had asked him to come to a meeting and discuss this with us and / or bring proof of his Knighthood. He sent a friend with a "Knights' List" containing his name to "prove" he was a Knight. No one in the CoK was able to determine where the list came from and it was suspected that he took a list from online and just added his name to it. 2.) He claimed he was Knighted under a different name and that was why we couldn't find a record of it. We could not find that name on any Knights' lists either. (Forest)
