As with the other assassin abilities in 7.5, I would like to ask if we can remove the Innate Ability for 2nd level under assassin, they seem to just learn the skill as normal now. In 7.5 it no longer states that any assassin ability is innate (with the exception of lvl 6), so they technically have all the skills under level 2,3, and 5 at their respective levels.
If so, can we remove this under the section of Touch of Death as well.
