Hey there; it's time for the yearly audit. Could you guys answer these questions for me?

• Chapter Questions*

Are you active? What is your average number of players locally per week?

   Yes, we are an active chapter.  Currently we've been averaging 15-20 players per week.

What days and times do you meet?

   We meet on Saturdays starting at 3:00PM for summer months, and 1:00PM for winter months and play until we go home (usually 7:00 or 8:00PM)

What park do you meet in, city and state? Can you give directions or a physical address?

   We meet at Mountain Vista Park in Phoenix, AZ.  Directions are listed on our Wiki (just verified) and our website, www.highoasis.com

Who is your leadership? Can we have and post their contact information?

   Our baron is Evan Traginoire, Regent is Hazard Havar, Champion is Teylon De'Grathor, PM is Aramis Oceana.  This list is current on the Wiki.

What is your heraldry? Do you have a jpeg or other image file we can upload to the wiki?

   Our heraldry is already posted on the Wiki, and is accurate.

Have you taken a recent group photo of your chapter? Can we have a copy?

   We do not have a recent group photo, but we will post one on the Wiki as soon as we do.

Do you have an example of your chapter's heraldry in use, as a favor, garb, banner, or similar?

   We have our heraldry on a banner, but I'm not aware of any pictures of it.

When was your chapter founded? By whom?

   Our chapter was founded in September, 2006 by Sir Pollux Lightchild and Sir Kudzu

Do you have traditions or games that you would say define your chapter?

   Other than Loka Honna referring to the area as the Sun's Anvil, and having that picked up by many around the kingdom, not really.

Do you have an active forum, facebook groups, or mailing list? Can you give us links?

   Yes!  We have an active website at http://www.highoasis.com with forums, news posts, gallery, etc.

Have you had any news organizations do any pieces on your chapter in the last two years?

   No.

What have you been doing to attract new players?

   This reign we're doing crusades theme, and traveling to different parks around the metro-area with flier campaigns 2 weeks prior to the "raid" to attract more city-wide attention.

Has anything happened in the last year that you would like included in your history?

   The last year has been pretty quiet, overall.
