I recommend you check out the Player Entry Template, and try to follow it's guidelines. Nothing iron-clad, mind you. OTOH, we really don't want credits and "Xth order of the Y" listed on folks pages. Two reasons:

1. It's way too easy to fake stuff here.
2. Duplication is bad. Leave that info on your ORK page.

Don't have an ORK page? Bug your PM. That's their job.
