Nephren-Ka, no one knows where he came from or if that is even his real name but with a label like the Chaos Prophet, he can't have good news for the citizens of Stone-Haven. A man with strange ritual markings on his face, he claims to see visions, granted to him by his Chaos God, Azathoth. He comes to this free-hold to ensure an event of colossal proportions occurs in the near future. Only time will tell for the rest of Stone Haven exactly what this man already sees.
