Lycanthrope (Vardo)

6th Level Barbarian Build

Skin-changers who can assume a bestial form, half-humanoid (yes, Dwarf, Elf, or even Orc lycanthropes are not unheard of) and half-animal. In this form, they can ignore fatal wounds and strike with a savagery unlike those who do not share their curse.

Suggested Garb: Furs and the like. A mask would be excellent, or tails, ears, etc.

This is a pretty easy idea to explain. The berserkers were actually Norse fighters who wore bearskins and were thought to channel the energy of the mighty beasts. This translates excellently to a Barbarian who can ignore mortal wounds, fight with their dying breaths, and shatter armor with a single blow. Roar. Growl. Be a monster.
