”Teaching is the greatest gift you can give, it should be given as freely and often as possible”

House of Minerva's goals are to encourage existing members of the Amtgard community to teach, and provide tutelage for new members who wish to learn.

House members must learn at least 1 new skill of their choosing a year.
House members must look for opportunities to teach any skill of their choosing, and take those opportunities whenever possible.
House members need to maintain a positive attitude toward teaching; sarcasm and derision during the teaching process are unacceptable.
House members should strive for improvement in their own skills, and encourage their students to excel beyond their own talents.
