Description
We are comprised of separate minds that on the battlefield work as one, we never seek our skill as an individual but rather the strength in the unity of many, expandability, is the best ability. The name of the group was adopted due to their lack of combat expertise countered by their strength in numbers.
History
The company has been around non-officially since around 2002 and formally since 2003. It was formed by Noremac Firebane (current Chieftan), Hagar , Thor , Superfunk, Wanderer, and Joe!. All of which are referred to as "The Original Six", and with the exception of Noremac Firebane and Joe!, have all retired Amtgard. The Expendable Army was called such for its lack in skill, but overwhelming numbers. Over the years The Expendables have been moulded into a fighting order praising and following the "old ways" of Amtgard.
It is believed this company may have been involved in the formation of the splinter group Expendia. When that group left amtgard it is presumed it took much of the remaining company members with it leaving the company virtually defunct in Amtgard as of 2012.
