Sleeping person can speak and interact with the caster for a 300 count. They cannot ignore the caster for as long as they are asleep and the ability is active.
Notes
Sleeping person is under no obligation to speak, or do so truthfully, or interact in any way, tho[sic] they are free to do so.
Limitations
Sleeping people do not move.

Commentary
Strangely, the ability states that the target may not ignore the caster, but is not required to interact in any way. The meaning of this is uncertain.
