Weigher of the Scales

A non-noble title in the Iron Mountains that may be granted only once in a lifetime, and only by the Imperial Monarch. It is awarded for extreme excellence and integrity in cultural tournament judging, and is considered the arts and sciences equivalent of Walker in the Middle.
