Parameters

kingdom: The kingdom issuing the ban, must match the name in the Wiki
expires: Options: "Indefinitely" or "- Expiring 2019 February" if new category is created based on expiration, make sure that category is added to [[Category:Banned Players]].
text: The text of the ban notification

Make sure to lock the page to editing after the ban, and inform the Monarch issuing the ban of actions taken.
