TD's Circle of Monarchs meeting is scheduled as per Corpora for our Midreign event (Keep on the Borderlands, Joint IK event, Midreign / Kingdom Elevation / Inaugural Coronation / whatever you wanna call it). The following items are on the official agenda.

• 1) The TD BoD has verified the completion of requirements for acceptance of new province for the Freehold, Order of the Black Flame. I am giving my recommendation to accept them as a new province. The COM will vote to accept OBF as an official province of Tal Dagore.
• 2) Cordis Medigar has failed to maintain the requirements stated within Corpora and it's members have requested to disband the park. I am giving my recommendation to vote to remove the province from the Kingdom of Tal Dagore. The CoM will vote to remove the Shire of Cordis Medigar from the Kingdom of Tal Dagore.
• 3) The Freehold of Pandemonium Asylum has requested to join the Kingdom of Tal Dagore as an official province. The TD BoD will be meeting prior to the CoM to discuss requirements. The CoM will be advised of the BoD's requirements and time will be allotted for discussion of Pandemonium Asylum. Representatives from PA are requested to attend in order to answer questions and make a formal presentation.
• 4) The Freehold of Elemental Fields has requested to join the Kingdom of Tal Dagore as an official province. The TD BoD will be meeting prior to the CoM to discuss requirements. The CoM will be advised of the BoD's requirements and time will be allotted for discussion of Elemental Fields. Representatives from EF are requested to attend in order to answer questions and make a formal presentation.
• 5) Time will be allotted for general discussion / non official business.
