2012 Audit

Are you active? What is your average number of players locally per week?
Yes we are active. Outside days of extreme weather, we tend to have at minimum 15 and upwards of 30. We have about 8 to 10 regulars, and the rest cycle through.
What days and times do you meet?
We meet on Sundays. During the summer months we meet from 4p-7p CST, and during winter months we meet 2p-5p.
What park do you meet in, city and state? Can you give directions or a physical address?
We meet at Kolb Park in Paducah, KY and the directions and address are available at the bottom of our Amtwiki page!
Please note, this information was invalidated very soon after these replies came back, when the park held a vote to move to Noble Park in Paducah. The amtwiki page now reflects the new park of the chapter.
Who is your leadership? Can we have and post their contact information?
For a listing of present and past leadership see Blüdfrost/Officers.
What is your heraldry? Do you have a jpeg or other image file we can upload to the wiki?
A black rose on a blue shield, as seen on our Amtwiki page.
Have you taken a recent group photo of your chapter? Can we have a copy?
Since we are newer, we are still working on garb. Once we get a majority of individuals in Garb we plan to take one and at that time we will make it available via Amtwiki.
Do you have an example of your chapter's heraldry in use, as a favor, garb, banner, or similar?
We have it on some promotional signage we've made (see Hooper's page for a picture that features the sign) and on the pommel of some throwing axes.
When was your chapter founded? By whom?
We were founded on paper in October of 2011, and began meeting in January of 2012. Most of the founding was spearheaded by Hooper.
Do you have traditions or games that you would say define your chapter?
We have a duel-based "ParkWars" game that includes hex-based land maps much like tabletop games.
Do you have an active forum, facebook groups, or mailing list? Can you give us links?
We do, and they are available on the Links section of our Amtwiki page.
Have you had any news organizations do any pieces on your chapter in the last two years?
Yes, although vaguely and typically about out local Tabletop club that supports us more so than us: 1, 2.
What have you been doing to attract new players?
We held our Midreign at a large local Video Gaming/Anime convention, and we cross promote to local tabletop and LARP groups.
Has anything happened in the last year that you would like included in your history?
We held an event with 100+ LOCAL sign ins!
