Scoot was granted his name by Lucas The Lost when he signed in as scout with some particularly bad handwriting.

1.5 terms as Prime Minister of Siar Geata. He finished Sam Dragoon's term as Pro Tem PM, and a full term of his own.
Ran again on a platform of never entering any records and robbing the treasury, but couldn't build a fire fast enough or hold enough (any) votes to outbid Lucas The Lost. Scoot himself voted for Lucas.
