Runners are petitioners to the Wolfpack. Petitioners must spend a minimum of three months as a Runner before being voted to Packmember. A Runner must have the approval of 80% of the Pack with no dissenting votes in order to become a Packmember. A petitioner may elect to continue as a Runner for as long as they wish to keep trying to make packmember.
The Wolfpack uses petitioning time to determine if a person is a good fit with our group. We are very much like a family and not everyone will be able to make a home with us. Unlike some companies, the Wolfpack does not haze our petitioners. A Runner is treated in all respects as a Packmember with the exception that that they have no voice in Pack decisions.
