I, Shiva, Queen of Crystal Groves, with the agreement of Freya, Prime Minister of Crystal Groves and Mono, Guild master of Reeves, on November 28, 2014 indefinitely ban Phoenix, Kristin Orzechowski due to Code of Conduct violations.
