A defunct Shire of the Kingdom of Goldenvale, located in Greater Hartford, Connecticut

History

Odogond was founded by Harmast, Robert McClintock, Bella, and Evan while they worked together. After failing twice to start a chapter in Willimantic, where they worked, Harmast convinced them to start the shire in Greater Hartford due to its central location and higher local population. Despite a good start it rapidly declined and with Harmast and later Robert relocating to the Kingdom of the Wetlands the shire went inactive.

Odogond was a name derived from Tolkien's elvish language meaning "seven stones". Exactly what the stones were was never decided.

Heraldry

None was ever decided on.
