The Neutral type does not consist of actual spells or abilities which directly affect other players. Instead, these are items that can be purchased, or effects that alter game play for the user in some manner.
This consists of:
- Purchasable Equipment
- Archetypes
- Miscellaneous abilities such as Cancel or Experienced
