Here are the tales of Neiva's backstory

===PRE-REVENANTS OF THE SHATTERFROST===

Since birth, the Noa Warrior Tribe trains its population to be merciless warriors, parents are frowned upon and all individuals don’t know who their parents or lineage are, even though she was born female. However, at the age of 10 a large group of children are sold to neighboring lords and are marked with the symbols of said lords. Neiva was one such warrior that at the age of 10 they were sold to Hayate Oshiro and now bears his symbol on all their right shoulders. Supposedly their group was meant to be sent out at the age of 18 to aide some governmental dispute being brought up in that government. However, Neiva grew up slightly different from the other “weapons” being made around them, other than her being one of the few “weapons” not human, Neiva grew a form of conscious and often dreamt of a woman in white with a holy presence around her.

At the age of 16 Neiva found a sword imbedded into a mountain side near a village the Noa Warrior Tribe were pillaging for practice, called Watohoat, and Neiva then spent the entire day and some of the night punching the stone around the sword to then pull it from there. Upon holding the blade, it gave Neiva visions of the woman with a holy presence and realized its name, Cristina.

After the pillaging of Watohoat the who tribe announced they would go return to Noa and would send a scout party to find a nearby village. Some feeling inside of Neiva pushed them to go along with the scout team.

Upon arriving at the nearby village, known as Loum, Neiva realized the population there were mostly young maidens or children, it appeared as if the men of the village left. The scouting unit decided to hit the nearest bar to celebrate their find of an unprotected village, while Neiva spoke to locals.

Neiva learned that the village of Loum usually never has men around as the village is meant for women alone, they only partake in the nurturing of young boys, and once they reach the maturity of being called a man they may leave and explore the world. For mating purposes, Neiva found out that the women of Loum usually would visit the village of Watohoat and choose their best scholars or warriors.

Realizing that they took part in the annihilation of a ritual and custom for these people, in the evening, using Cristina, Neiva would go on to purify the Noa warriors alongside them. Now Neiva was the only one and left to speak with Kycilia Zum, the head of the Loum village, and told her of the plans of the Warriors of Noa.

With this information, Neiva would aid the Loum women and children move to a new location and find their new home.

Years pass and at the age of 19, Neiva had been accepted into the society of Loum, and they allow for Neiva to become a teacher, as they see that Neiva in fact has a knack for aiding in problems. The citizens of Loum feel as though Neiva can teach the young what needs to be learned to survive in the world today, and as a teacher they receive the last name Guerrera. And whilst teaching Neiva hears word of trouble brewing in a nearby village, so they make sure that all the kids are prepared to protect the elders of the village if necessary. Neiva then goes on horseback with Cristina in hand to the nearby village of Quintzem.

Upon arrival of Quintzem, Neiva notices the armor and maneuvers of those attacking the village, it is the return of the Noa Warrior Tribe, Neiva rushing from her horse and runs into the battle slaughtering as many of the Nao Warriors as they can. After taking down roughly 14 of them, Neiva finds a corpse, one of a small child. Neiva slices her own arm off and focuses on the holy woman that resides within Cristina, and revives the child, but now Neiva is one-handed with Cristina, the two-handed sword. As Neiva stands up to continue fighting warriors, a young maiden appears running behind Neiva, at first Neiva attempts to slice down this unknown person, but Neiva slows themselves mid-swing without noticing. This person begins to speak in a small whisper, but seems to be saying some form of poem.

Once the person stopped talking, Neiva pushes the person away while her hand was still on Cristina, she regrew her limb without noticing. Upon the realization, Neiva understood, as Cristina showed Neiva exactly what her destiny was to be, as one of the powerful members of the Revenants of the Shatterfrost. Alongside this young maiden Neiva would go on to fight more of the Noa Warriors, but it turned out the young maiden was not alone.

Alongside her was a bearded fellow, he rushed in and took down two Noa Warriors with a single swing. He then cheered himself on as he hadn’t done that in a while. After wiping out the first wave of Noa Warriors, the two strangers introduced themselves to Neiva.

The young maiden introduced herself and her companion respectively as: Kita Sigrageira, Daughter of Tyri, and Alyan Valdaglerion, also known as Al. Alongside Al and Kita, Neiva Guerrera has new allies who all see the light of justice and wish to help people. So, after the newly formed trio pushed the Noa Warrior Tribe out of the village Quintzem. Afterwards, Neiva returned to her village Loum with her new allies.

Once in Loum, the villagers accepted Kita with open arms, but were apprehensive about Al. Once in the town, Neiva introduced her new allies to Kycilia Zum, and Kycilia gladly held a feast for the new saviors. And when Kita held her holy javelin, Al held his holy sword, and at instinctually Neiva rose her sword and felt a new vision surging into her mind.

Neiva saw the vision of these three Paladins again, serving under someone named Azura Vigil, a great warrior who held a banner of the “Revenants of the Shatterfrost”. Along with that, Neiva also learned about the weapons that both Kita and Al wield, Neiva learned their names and the history that both Paladins have had with their weapons.

With the new knowledge, Neiva announced to her village, that she would be leaving with the Paladins to find the Revenants of the Shatterfrost and bring justice to the land. The villagers of Loum cheered Neiva on and gave them enough resources to last a month on the road. Neiva knew that it would most likely take longer to reach the vision of serving under Azura Vigil.

While nearing the end of their search for the “Revenants of the Shatterfrost,” the trio of paladins stopped at a village named Da-Vareen (ダーベリーン). This village is the midpoint between the Revenants’ camp and the capital of the Kingdom of Kara-Tur (カラター), controlled by Hayate Oshiro (ハヤテ・オシロ). Despite this, or possibly because of it, the town bustles with trade and merchants from all over the kingdom and is relatively peaceful.

When Kita arrived, she found herself drawn to an herbalist’s shop with healing potions and various remedies and cures. Alyan immediately went to a store specializing in ornithology and spent some time looking at the birds that were for sale. Neiva browsed a few different armories. Eventually, she found a huskier man alongside a horned fellow bartering with the Bright Armorer store. The large human spoke about how he needed a flail “the size of my head, but bigger,” as the armorer just shook his head constantly, saying that he only made armor.

The horned fellow takes off his hood and simply said: “Hunters incoming. Move, unless you like to eat explosive sticks,” as he ran into an alleyway. His larger friend grabbed the armorer and followed into the alleyway.

Kita looked up from the purple and yellow bell-shaped flowers she had been examining and saw dozens of people outside with a faint blue glow. She froze- she had never seen so many people with what she had come to call the soul gleam. It only happened a short time before people died; the glow was the sign of a soul preparing to leave the body.  “What the…?”

Her eyes flickered to the patrons of the shop, who had no such glow, and then to the people in the shop across the road, who were also fine. Kita couldn't fathom what would cause the people outside to be at risk, but it looked to her that being under cover would save lives. She dropped what she was holding and ran to the road. “EVERYBODY GET DOWN! FIND COVER!”

Alyan heard the screaming and donned his mask as well as taking out his shield, taking to the street he started herding those he could into cover. Kita grabbed as many villagers as she could and ran them into nearby shops. Many were simply bewildered as to why a fair maiden would give such a loud warning, but they listened because of the intensity of her tone.

As Neiva stared at the sky, she saw the clouds turn dark. At first, she thought it to be witchcraft, but a closer examination allowed her to see the clouds themselves weren’t darkening. The overcast of shade was from the thousands upon thousands of arrows coming towards the village of Da-Vareen (ダーベリーン). Neiva ran grabbing civilians and throwing them into shops until the arrows were visible to the human eye and people were screaming while running to avoid getting hit. Neiva hunkered down to be as small as a target she could whilst hold her arm out to take the hit from the arrow, it landed, piercing her skin with a thud instead of the usual whistle of an arrow.

Neiva looked confused at first wondering why these sounded so different as more arrows scattered the ground she stood up on.

She noticed some people were hit in the head, shoulders, legs, or chest, but none of the wounds were fatal. If anything, the arrows just stung, Neiva was about to pluck the arrow from her arm as she noticed a charm on its end, “爆弾”

After a few seconds she realized what the writing said, she tried to pull it out of her arm before a spark fluttered through every arrow in sight. The writing on the arrows said “Bomb.” Every arrow ignited into flames and thousands of small explosions shook the entire town.

Kita screamed out in anguish as she felt the souls of those around her leave their now lifeless bodies. Alyan stood frozen as one friend screamed and the other stayed silent,

“N… Neiva?” He tried to force himself to scream, however he couldn’t as he saw an Orc forearm ravaged from the splinters of an explosive arrow. Alyan tried using a healing spell on Neiva’s arm to get Neiva back, however a kid ran by with torn clothes as a large individual walked behind and threw the sword Cristina at Alyan.

“Stop healing that arm, it isn’t helping no one, heal me instead.” Neiva growled at Alyan as she began pulling out splinters from her fresh stump.

Alyan rushed to her side as he began to heal her, he continued spouting nonsense to her as she zoned him out. She was listening to hear if anything was coming, she heard a familiar clink with footsteps making their way towards their position. Along with the familiar clink she heard swords being drawn and then brutally used. “They’re coming,” Neiva whispered softly to Alyan.

Kita came out to join Alyan and Neiva. She held her tongue at that moment, but she would later go on to tell Neiva that she saw a deep blue aura coming from her that day. This was supposed to be the day Neiva was to die.

Alyan unsheathed his sword and prepared for a fight while quipping, “Well, here we go again, Neiva.”

“As long as we stay together, we can all survive this,” Neiva responded.

Kita prepped her javelin and raised her shield.

Neiva grabbed her blade, and raised Cristina to the sky, took a breath. Hearing the silent wind, bringing nothing but the noise of armor and bloodshed towards them. Until eventually, they heard the soldiers.

“TRAITOR!” A voice yelled, Neiva looked down and prepared for a fight, this was a warrior from Noa. Gritting her teeth, Neiva knew she couldn’t escape her past, but she could wipe it out.

Running towards the armored individual, she was running towards them with her blade behind her. The individual prepared to strike her down as she yelled: “KITA!”

A javelin pierced the armor the person wore, as Neiva ran around their left, planting her right foot she swung Cristina crushing the person behind the one Noa warrior.

More armored individuals wearing the sigil of Hayate Oshiro came towards them, all prepared for a fight that Neiva was willing to give them. Alyan ran to cover Neiva and get into some of the action, while Kita noticed the deep blue aura moving from Neiva to all the soldiers, until a yell made the aura disappear.

“HALT!”

The voice sounded old, but wise, the soldiers of Oshiro stopped and stood in attention. Alyan asked Neiva, “Should we be in attention as well?”

Neiva answered Alyan by gripping Cristina with more force.

Kita caught up to the others while picking up her javelin. They only heard the trotting of a horse, but for once, Kita wasn’t excited at the sound of hooves. She froze and felt a powerful aura coming from the direction of the horse. “Is that… him?” Kita asked with a shaken voice.

Neiva’s grip slowly loosened, as she knew she was frightening the child, “Yes. It’s him. The demon himself, Hayate Oshiro.” An arrow flew by Neiva’s head, as a stern look tried to shut her up.

The horse with the demon finally arrived. On top of the horse was the warlord we all knew. The man who bought me at a young age to fulfill his army and possibly even oust the family of Azure Vigil. He held his head high, when I could only imagine how better it would look separated from his shoulders. “Will you bend the knee to me? You’ll live, since it is obvious you are all outsiders. All I need is your loyalty.”

Alyan began to move down, but stopped as he noticed Neiva did not move. Kita is still shaken, so she didn’t even register his command. It appears Oshiro barely moved a finger and an arrow was moving towards Kita, so Neiva side stepped to cover Kita, sadly the arrow contacted Neiva’s shirt. It cut it up, however out of pure anger, she tore up the shirt, revealing her sigil tattoo. Oshiro chuckled, and returned to his serious voice, “Leave now. Forget this village, and you’ll live.”

Kita stared at Neiva, and understood that she was afraid. “Understood.” Neiva backed up while Kita and Alyan began to go towards the way towards the Revenant camp. She avoided showing her back to Oshiro, looked down an alley and saw the horned individual nod, she nodded back, as they began to chant something. Neiva turned around and caught up to Kita and Alyan while hearing screams coming from behind, she caught a glimpse of Hayate Oshiro slaughtering his men, some of his men were killing each other as well. It didn’t matter anymore, all that mattered was getting Kita away from here.

After a long voyage, some shenanigans, and reaching the age of 20, Neiva Guerrera, Kita Sigrageira, and Alyan Valdaglerion have reached the camping grounds of the Revenants of the Shatterfrost. Upon arrival they were greeted by a javelin between their feet. From afar they hear “Who are thee?”, in her mind Neiva knew this had to be a noble, however Kita recognized the voice good and well.

“Uncle Bertrand?”, Kita called out as the gate to the camping grounds opened.

An older man with curly hair came out toward the gate and noticed who Kita was, he ran to hug her with open arms. Bertrand then began to walk Kita in as Neiva and Alyan began to follow, that is until Kita and Bertrand entered the camp, as an arrow came towards Neiva, but Alyan blocked it with his shield.

“Damn it!! Again?!”, a voice called out from the camp.

As Alyan and Neiva entered the camp they found out the arrow was sent by this archer named Gaelira. At first Gaelira seemed to be very antagonistic towards us, however as time would go on, Gaelira would become the greatest ally I would have.

Once Bertrand invited us into the camp, we then got to meet the captain of the Revenants of the Shatterfrost. We met with the famous, Azura Vigil with two guards at her side. We explained to her, as Paladins we felt for her struggle and were willing to fight for her cause of sending justice to those who wronged her. Before we could leave to meet the rest of the group, Azura spoke out as another Revenant threw a dagger at us, as a warning shot, to make us stop. Azura asked, “What is that mark on your shoulder?”

“It was a mark of- “

“That is the symbol of my uncle, the man who damned my family, that is the mark of Hayate Oshiro.”

Azura drew her blade and was prepared to chop Neiva’s head off, however, she stopped Azura’s blade using her hand and her shoulder. The blade cut into the mark, and her hand. As Azura pulled the sword from the shoulder, the hand healed itself, while the cut on Hayate Oshiro’s symbol did not.

“This mark, isn’t for allegiance towards your uncle, it is a mark of sale, as a child I was to be sold to your uncle. However, I found a way to escape and make my own name, alongside these other Paladins I discovered the justice present inside myself. We came here not to attack the Revenants, or cause strife, we came to aide and help the Revenants.”

Gaelira smirked, the one who threw the dagger (we would come to know as Pally) chuckled a bit, the man to the side of Azura (would become known as Alicross Vigil) remained stoic but sighed.

Azura the ordered for Bertrand to show us the camp and welcomed us into the group.

We were finally among the Revenants.

===POST DAGOR DAGORATH VI===

While she dreams of slaying and being slayed by many members of “Clan Malice” she too remembers the anxiety of being pulled from death again and again. Her life being extinguished and being relit many times even within the same hour. The only memory she kept in her mind that didn’t hurt, was the Orc. Doragorn was the first Orc she has seen in her life and learning what it really means to be an Orc. An Orc isn’t rage, nor conquest, instead it it is fighting with your heart. To not stain your heart with the horrors of man and recall the tenants of our people. Your tribe is your home, take only what you need as greed leaves to stains, an insult to your tribe is an insult to your honor.

Neiva wished to find out more about Orcs and as such found her way to the merchant town known as Castilia. The city is said to be the birthplace for Orcs in their region, and as such she decided to come and ask about the information Doragorn gave her. Along with maybe searching for the mysterious city in legend. As the duo came to the port at the farthest they could’ve gone west, she finds many merchants selling different types of metals. Alyan asks why they came to this part of the world as the architecture and people seem so different from those back home.

Neiva explains that this was her home. Supposedly this place is where she was born, where her real parents came from. Upon arriving back in their world, Neiva was granted the knowledge of her birth place. All that she knows is that this part of the world has ties with both her and the city of “El Dorado”. They decide to sleep at an inn near the port called “La Muerte”, Alyan scoffed as Neiva translated the word. The two thought it was funny they would sleep at an inn called death, especially after leaving the underworld.

Inside they were greeted by a one-eyed woman at the counter, Elta Altham most famously known as La Muerte del Punta Umbria. She welcomed us to her inn, but told us to not mind the other guests as they were, well as she put, “Son de la variedad "pirata". Son amables así que no les prestes demasiada atención.”

Upon arriving inside we noticed a flag that reminded us of the underworld hanging inside.

“No way, it’s them?!” Neiva pointed out, “The New Tortuga Militia have been here?!”

“Bueno, sí, muchos piratas vienen aquí. Esa gente de la Nueva Tortuga Milicia viene aquí a menudo.” Altham made sure to let us know.

Alyan just looked confused as I was speaking english to the innkeeper as she was speaking spanish to me. I hadn’t noticed at all that I was having what seemed to be such a weird conversation that felt natural. Altham then flipped up her eyepatch and winked at me.

She then reassured me, “Y no te preocupes, también dejamos que los Orcos se queden aquí.”

The feeling of belonging even found in this inn, meant I was supposed to go on this voyage.

After getting the key for our room, Alyan and I decided to get some rest as travelling roughly a day straight. However as the door shut, someone in a hood walked by the door and stuck their knife in the door.

The next morning, Alyan and Neiva opened the door to find a dagger with a familiar language engraved on it, I felt as though I knew it however when I showed it to Alyan they didn’t recognize any of it. I took the dagger and pocketed it as we walked to port. Passing by the scenery of a diverse people made my heart feel a powerful warmth growing constantly, upon getting on the boat we then notice the passengers. It was a weird assortment of individuals including a young bard spouting stories about how he was able to chase down a monk, jump over a sword slashing at his feet, then stabbing the monk. It sounded like his prowess in agility was unrivaled, and while aweing the passengers a shady young man was passing through the crowd seemed to be pickpocketing the crowd. When the bard was done he gave a thumbs up to the thief.

I then noticed the knife was missing!

A cloaked individual tapped my shoulder, “You dropped this.”

“Oh, thanks,” as I took the knife back and went to start to talk they disappeared.

I then moved to Alyan asking if they saw the individual, turns out they didn’t see anyone in any sort of cloak. I was confused for a while, after constantly running my hand over the engravings in the knife I ended up going to sleep.

I ended up dreaming that night, and I’m unsure how much time had passed but I saw myself with three other individuals all facing the sun. We are in a field of dust and plains, a wind passes by and we see the dust move off of bodies of unknown monsters. I’m missing a leg, my friends that were surrounding me are now heading back to camp. A warrior in black and red began to charge me as I spun and stabbed through his armor. I yelled to the skies,

“ADRENALINE!”

Neiva woke up with her leg bleeding down its side.

Alyan was nowhere to be seen as she just saw the Orcish knife steadily placed in her leg. Neiva paid no mind to it at first, however after pulling it out she realized she had to find Alyan to heal it. The search wasn’t long as she felt a large-

CRONCH

Neiva ran out to the front of the inn to find, a hole. She fell in, Neiva landed in something similar to a marsh. Looking back whatever hole she fell through disappeared and shut, maybe some sort of teleportation magic?

Once the confusion wore off, Neiva looked around and saw individuals running around, until her old friend Wilhelm came up to her,

“WHAT ARE YA DOIN, GET A MOVE ON, THEY GOT POLES!,” Wilhelm then kept on running.

Neiva knew not of what Wilhelm meant until she picked up a shield and a flail from the battlefield and noticed some people coming towards them in Maroon and White with large sticks that I would come to learn are, warpoles.

Turns out Neiva found her way into a World Banner War.

===INTO THE WETLANDS (ongoing)===

===DAGOR DAGORATH VII (ongoing)===

Upon exiting her temple, she found herself near a ring, similar to when she found Doragorn upon arrival. She felt something pushing her away from it, but as she got closer she noted the portal led to another Orc. Neiva stood in front of the Orc, this mystery Orc passed on their mantle, with a similar skull that Neiva had always seen.

Neiva accepted the mantle, but inquired, “Who are you?”.

“We are eachot-,” the portal shut. Much again as her old time at the inn she lost her own self again, her brain, ached a familiar ache. Neiva roared into the air her grievances and did what Orcs did,

WAAAAAAGHGHG

Falling to the ground she fell into a slumber.

Upon awaking, Neiva ******* ********* got up, an individual she didn’t remember passed her a shield and a sword, both unknown to her.
