A Type of Armor

Discription from the Dor Un Avathar

This armor is a part of the creature in question and cannot be removed via Pyrotechnics or similar means, except by damaging attacks. Natural Armor is treated like normal armor in all respects, except it may be Healed. If protection magics do not protect normal armor, it will protect natural armor (i.e.: a Humanoid Monster with Natural Armor can still benefit from Projectile Protection). If normal armor can be worn, it is always destroyed before Natural Armor in a given location. Likewise all immunities extend to all types of Natural Armor. Monsters with a Heal Trait (such as Ice Heal or Stone Heal) can regain their Natural armor at the rate of one point per sectional location per use of their ability. (ex.: it would take three Fireball to heal a wounded Fire Elemental and restore both points of its armor to a single arm.)
