Formerly a chapter in the Confederacy of Tal Dagore, A now defunct Principality of the Kingdom of the Rising Winds.

Reported to be active, via the Five Banners Yahoo Group. (Feb 2008) "well Mystic Mountain is closer to twitching than kicking, but oh well... LOL"
