Effect
Bearer cannot speak or otherwise respong to questions asked under Talk To Dead or similar magic. Does not affect the Tracking ability.
Limitations
May only be cast on each player once per battlegame.
Notes
Disappears when the person comes back to life. May be cast on an unwilling target.
