An Officer
N. Elected, or sometimes appointed, for one calendar year to gather and suggest changes and tweaks to the current rulebook. One is chosen for each Kingdom.
Duties
Gather information on what needs to be changed in the rulebook with personal experience and by poling the populous of their kingdoms. Suggest changes to the rulebook. Research the other Rules Reps proposals and prepare a report of the monarch of their Kingdom to take to the Clan rules meeting. It is also preferred the representative attend the meeting to advise their monarch as well.
It is also the duty of the Rules Rep to playtest the changes to the rule book, holding battle games and quests to determine the balance and value of the changes that were made.
