FAQs

Q: How do I redirect a page to another page?

A: When editing the page (PageA) you wish to redirect to the second page (PageB) make sure the only text is: #REDIRECT PageB

Please remember not to redirect to another redirect page.

Q: How do I add categories to a page?

A: When editing a page which you wish to categorize as "SomeCategory" make sure somewhere on the page (preferably the bottom) you type:

Q: How can I add a link when I need it to be sigular/plural and the linked page is not?

A: When adding a link to a page in which you want the link itself (ex. Squired) is different than the name of the page (ex. Squire) you type: Squireed. Letters (but not numbers or punctuation) immediately after a link are tacked onto that link for just such occasions.

Q: What if I want to link to something and have text completely different from the linked article?

A: For internal links, you can separate the link from the display text with a vertical bar, thusly: big meany.

For external links, you just need to add a space after the URL: ORK.

Q: What do I do if I get an "Internal Server Error" with the last line of "Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."?

A: After some exploration, this seems to be caused by a single paragraph in the overall article being too long. If you can determine just where the problem lies (a process that requires finding which paragraph, and then exactly where the server objection is triggered), you can simnply break that paragrpah into two at that point, and voila! -- problem solved.

Q: Who can I ask if I have other questions not covered under this article?

A: First, you should check out this article on e-sam. If that doesn't help, your best bet is to ask Roger, Linden, Hannoske, Bowen, or Lucas.
