"(please if anyone has a good one... by all means fill this in)"

Biography

Started 5/21/11

Red for the dishonor.

Black for the shame.

White to remember the order.

Lorelon carries the memories and the burden of his fathers choices on his shield and body everywhere he goes. Rowland Ramsteir fought as one of the Knights of the White Rose, the fierce and the swift. In the Battle of Northampton he fled from war to spare his own life, an unforgivable action that broke the Code of Calvary. The Knights of the White Rose bound him in chains and held him captive for two months wile they moved across the land to Wakefield.

At Wakefield, the Knights of the Red Rose, the White Rose Knights rivals, where said to be one day away from battle worthy. Lorelon, at the age of eighteen, saw his father, shackled and chained, striped down and marched up and down the center of town. Rowland had taught Lorelon to use a sword, yet Lorelon felt powerless in this situation. The knights, with there beautiful green stemmed white rose emblem, jibed and joked at how Rowland had less than a day of life. The next day, in the Battle of Wakefield, Rowland was handed his sword, but was denied the right to his armor. They brought him his shield, the emblem having been changed to show his shame.

The blooming white rose was now scared with a black stem to show his shame, thorns as red as blood to show his dishonor to the Code of Calvary. He died that day in combat, fighting with nothing other than a shield and sword. Lorelon went to the battlefield after the war had ended, finding his fathers body bloody and unrecognizable. The cursed White Rose on the shield was the only thing to tell Lorelon that this man was in fact his father. He knelt down and unbuckled the shield, loosely freeing the sword. Lorelon leaned next to his dead fathers head and whispered, "I WILL restore your honor, I swear it ON MY LIFE!"

Red for the dishonor, yet it reminds Lorelon that as long as his blood flows, his father can still regain his honor. Black for the shame, and what would light be without darkness at first? A new bloom was added to show Lorelons path is similar, yet his own. No longer does Lorelon use Ramsteir as his last name but he uses his father name as his tittle, Lorelon of Ramsteir is one with his father, and his fathers honor lives on through Lorelons choices. It is for this reason he is called Lorelon of Ramsteir.
