A tabletop fantasy Role-Playing game created in the 70s by Dave Arneson and Gary Gygax. Many Amtgarders originally discovered the fantasy role-playing setting through D&D or games like it.
Originally published by Tactical Studies Rules (TSR), it was later bought by Wizards of the Coast (makers of Magic: The Gathering) and then absorbed into the Hasbro collective.
