Realworld son of Sirrah ElSpeth and brother of Squire Syntaury.
Cynoe was born in Roswell, NM. Grew up in the game in the early 90's: Dragonspine, and then mid-90's: Pegasus Valley.
Playing through the 90's, he was able to meet many influential Amtgardians, mostly from Dragonspine, and experience the growth of the game as his family traveled to other groups.
