The Amt-void is the nickname for regions that have no Amtgard groups nearby. Amtgarders who - by choice or misfortune - end up relocating to these 'wastelands' are forced to either attempt to start up a new park from scratch, or else resign themselves to being landless players, only being able to enjoy the game when they get the chance to visit another park far away or travel to an event.
