Ain't No Rest for the Garbers

I was walking out to park when out the corner of my eye

I saw a happy Man at arms approaching me He said, "I never seen a garber, who looked so bored

And could you use a little commision? If you can charge the right price, your exposure will be nice

But you can go and send me on my way" I said, "You're such a sweet MaA, who are you belted to in game?"

He looked at me and this is what he said

Oh there ain't no rest for the Garbers

Awards don't grow on trees

You got bills to pay, I got parks to please

There ain't nothing in this world for free

Oh no, you can't slow down, you can't hold back

Though you know, I wish you could

Oh no there ain't no rest for the Garbers

Until we stitch that last seam through

Not even fifteen minutes later after walking out of park

When I saw the shadow of a knight creep out out of sight

And then he swept up from behind, he dropped a yellow belt in my arms

He made it clear he wasn't looking for a fight

He said, "Give me all you've got, I want your garb and your skills

But if you try to run away Ill have think twice"

I told him, "You can have my garb, but first you know I gotta ask

What made you want to take me as a page?" He said

Oh there ain't no rest for the Garbers

Awards don't grow on trees

You got bills to pay, I got parks to please

There ain't nothing in this world for free

Oh no, you can't slow down, you can't hold back

Though you know, I wish you could

Oh no there ain't no rest for the Garbers

Until we stitch that last seam through

Well now a couple hours past and I was sitting in my house

The machine was stitching as the time ticked on by

And so I turned the piece over and started in on the next seam

And what I saw I almost couldn't comprehend

I saw a cut through the fabric, I had made a massive mistake

I tried to sew it up but it went right through the design

But even still I can't say much because I know I have to restart

All those hours wasted and yet that’s just a Friday night

Oh there ain't no rest for the Garbers

Awards don't grow on trees

You got bills to pay, I got parks to please

There ain't nothing in this world for free

Oh no, you can't slow down, you can't hold back

Though you know, I wish you could

Oh no there ain't no rest for the Garbers

Until we stitch that last seam through
