The Adopt A Newb program was started by the [[Church of St.Porkins]], of [[Thor's Refuge]], [[Dragonspine]] in an effort to help new players get garbed, trained in fighting, and taught the ropes of Amtgard. The program is still in it's infancy having 4-5 veteran members with adoptee's, but there are plans to grow beyond just TR and it's citizens. Adopting a newb makes one responsible for one or multiple area(s) of the players improvement.

Purpose
