Ahh.. i deleted that off my page a while ago. Didn't know you had kept its page open. Templus Miles Militia is a multi game group.. Darkon, Amtgard and Dagorhir... we decided to be just a household in Amtgard till we get more members/interest.

You know I'm getting really tired of you talking to me as though I was an idiot and don't know what I'm doing... I have a 157 IQ so I'm anything BUT and idiot... bad typer yes, idiot no. The group wasn't defunct I just realized after remember my legal class and discussing it with a lawyers friend of mine. Ilith Oloth, which we changed the name of to shattered lands, was created by force of legal contract between I, my friend, and BL all of whom signed the contract and it was notarized. Nether party of the contract agreement have violated the terms of said contract there by, the rules of the contract and the articles within still stand. In other words before this review i had THOUGHT my group was defunct. AFTER looking the legality of it over again, the correct legal standing is that Ilith Oloth WASN'T defunct. Nor CAN it be unless a participating party on our end were to violate the contract, which we have not done, or by our park disbanding.

1. I know the law.. Amtgard decided to use legal contracts as the mechanism for adding new groups so Amtgard is bound by that. 2. There has always been players, during that period we had less than 5 for average attendance which I had always been told by word of mouth was required for a group to be in existence. But as I previously said. I was wrong on that issue according to US federal contract law and in the commonwealth of VA, where our park is located, as long as we on our end lived up to the contract the park is still in existence. So either way you want to look at it... either from the lamen's way of using person activity to decide it there were always members; or if you want to use the LEGAL way which is the important one because its a legal contract, we never ceased to exist, therefore legally cannot be classified as defunct during that time period.

My argument stands, yours doesn't. You are trying to pad your page with more terms in office. It is well known that the chapter was under attendance requirements and was not active during the period. Hence you can't have been an officer of the chapter. --Linden 14:04, 21 July 2008 (EDT)

The contract for shire as listed on BL website says says "A A new group may become a shire upon signing, and approval, of this contract." Those who respect others, and act 'properly and right and correct' don't talk to them this way. My goal here is to make the wiki as accurate as possible. By claiming to have been in office during the time that a chapter was defunct you are lying. You are also implying that the chapter was active, another lie. Where you elected to office by your populous? You have yet to answer that question.

1. I respect those who earn it. 2. I DO NOT LIE! 3. Group was active, by contract active = people there and Amtgard RoP are being followed... so active not defunct. 4. My current PM Mono only knows what's happened since he' been here.. he's only been here for about a year, IF that long. And I don't appreciate your tone of language "what you feel to be true" and "your version of events" I say it happened because it happened.. if it was just my opinion, I'd say I believe it happened. 5. My PM won't back log missing stuff, he says he can only verify what he personally knows so no back logging; and wont' give me the password to the PM section of the ork. EVERY PM at solstice from the time I joined minus the 1st one have been inaccurate with my credits which is the main reason that 7 of the peopel who left solstice left. 6. Claiming to be in office when you actually were is not lieing. 7. If your goal is to make it as accurate as possible then you wouldn't be getting in my way. 8. My group records moved to a submarine someone in the pacific fleet with their holder when he was stationed in CA. Having the sheets of paper or not does not determine what did or did not happen. I'm here telling you what happened. Amtgard IS built around an honor system. 9. I thought you'd be able to tell the answer to "Where you elected to office by your populous?" when I keep saying that I was monarch then. Of course.. I won EVERY election I ran for in that group... The group were all members of my house and/or members of my clan of KaBaL. They all agreed that not only did I do a good job but it made sense to keep electing me to match the RP situation. 10. I agree I shouldn't've used the little bit of profane language that I did. for that I apologize. That being said I have done everything when it comes to living up to my contract, following the rules and regulations of Amtgard, and record keeping correctly.

If you were keeping your records correctly, then you would have proof of your awards. If this continues to be a problem for you, why not seek out the other chapters which gave you the awards. Wouldn't there be some one left that would know? Since you claim to have been the sheriff that whole time, so you couldn't have given awards to yourself. Technically you can give yourself awards, there nothing in the corpora that says you can't.. BUT it is a bad thing to do and its just REALLY bad form. No because i was never PM.. kenny was my PM most of the time and he took all his stuff with him when he got deployed.. the only reason I know what I should have is because I've been keeping track myself.. kenny has the official forms where ever he took them. The problem with solstice is that Angela despises me and even if she didn't... she disappeared from Amtgard... Walker moved to Washington state a couple years ago and as of 3 months ago... for all intents and purposes quit Amtgard... and these was before the ORK was around (or at least know one out here on the east coast knew about it if it did exist) so I have to find 3 people 1 of whom hates me, HOPE they kept the records from Amtgard, HOPE that even if they kept them that they have all of them and haven't lost any, and then hope that they'd be willing to help. I seriously doubt that's anywhere NEAR probable.

  • Things that are not good but that you have on your page:
    • when you joined a given house/what position you have; it's one thing to list these things for a company or whatever, and another to list them for every group you are affiliated with, with multiple lines for each.
    • multiple enormous images.
    • listing of offices held; this is what the ORK is for
    • A ridiculous amount of external links at the bottom of the page.
