A man not much liked by the group Tetsu Bonzai, and more along the line of hated by Itsukaten. Shares many similarities with Peter LaGrue, founder of Amtgard. He is the founder of the Sakura Moon Empire and continues to lead it to this day.
Like LaGrue Jared has been known to spread false hoods and encourage isolationism to protect his cult following. Any who disagree with him are cut off from him and the group.
