On tholden. At the time he was knighted in hfs, there were in fact 4 belts in hfs. The qualifications for knight of the crown had been changed to be having all of the others. In short, if you had your flame, sword, and serpent, you were qualified for knight of the crown. This as per an allthing from july 15th, 1989. i found it in a copy of a palantir from that time. - pebyr ap cucorin/poohbear.
This is only about the part of the sentence that states that there were only 3 belts at the time. There were in fact 4.

Removing Hawk from this list.
Reason: all awards and titles were stripped, as the result of a NL kingdom althing, wherein 75% of the populace voted YES to strip him of all awards and titles. Multiple egregious COC violations. He has been given a lifetime-ban that does propagate to all kingdoms.
