Deli

Deli was found as an abandoned orphan on Turtle Island, where he was raised by the local turtles. He has since moved to Northreach, where he has been granted land by the state after his work turning Northreach into a Kingdom. He has dubbed that land as Turtle Coast, which he has built upon a shrine honoring the kin. He also has formed a small nonprofit organization to help young adolescent turtles grow up on the hard streets of Astral Winds.

He is the proud founder of the cult named Squirtle Squad, now since defunct with missing funds and pending legal issues.

Deli currently is the Kingdom's GMR, managing the taxes and land audits of Northreach.
