Effect
Protects from all non-magic projectiles.
Limitations
Ineffective against magic balls, the Dagger of Infinite Penetration, and weapons bearing Magical Projectile.
Notes
Will stop Siege Weapons that are projectiles.
Who gets it?
A 3rd level Wizard spell.
