Biography
REAPER was founded in Skywatch on March 22, 2014 by Kesic Black, Norgoth the Northman, Ornstein, and Torin. Our company does not openly recruit. Anyone that is interested in joining the fighting company can approach a member, after two months of the company watching the petitioner the company will vote to bring the petitioner in as an Initiate. In REAPER we do not have a standard initiate and sponsor relationship. We believe that it takes a tribe to raise a child. The initiate is treated as an apprentice and taught by the entire company. We do not haze any initiate, we carry our own gear, we put up our own tents, and the initiate does the same.
