Changing Template

Once we have Parserfunctions installed I'd like to change the template to use an Ambox as such:

The border param won't work until we have Parserfunctions so using it before then would have a green border which just doesn't make the template feel as important. Zell Faze (Talk) 09:54, 23 May 2014 (EDT)
