From The Stick Jock’s Dictionary - An apology in which the offending individual admits no culpability what so ever, but instead apologies for how the aggrieved party feels about the incident in question. Examples include: "I am sorry you feel I you hit in the face with my pole arm". "Or, I am sorry you feel I defaced your castle.'
