Great Eastern XI
The Great Eastern is an event held annually on Memorial Day weekend by Goldenvale, to celebrate their spring mid-reign.
2009's event, GEXI, will be held at Cooper's Lake Campground in Slippery Rock, PA.
The Autocrat is Squire Anders, with Man-at-Arms Jake Norsestand handling war events, and Woman-at-Arms Anne Cash running A&S for the weekend.
Gate fee is #30.
This year's War Schedule is; Friday 7:00pm: Arrivals and Sign-in 7:00pm-8:30pm: Ransack the Riches! - Militia Game 8:30pm+: More late arrivals and ditching time
Saturday 11:00am-12 Noon: Knights + Squires vs. The World - Ditch Game 1:30pm-3:00pm: Clash of the Titans! - Class Game 3:30pm-5:00pm: Company Battle / CTF - Ditch Games 7:00pm: Tournaments (Single Shortsword, Florentine Short or Long, Shortsword + Shield, Polearm, Open) 12 Midnight-6:00am: Iron Man Ditch Till Dawn
