These magic-items function the same as skinned-cards in another way:
• On a "Skinned Magic Card", the custom-name is considered "Flavor Text" and has zero additional effect on gameplay. If an ability printed in the card's text-box would refer to the card's own name: it uses the original card-name, not the skinned-name.
• Likewise: on these skinned magic-items, the custom name and custom phys-rep do not change the item's incant or effect. For example: the "Buttercup's Bouquet" counts as a Wand of Release and it's incant is unchanged ("My Wand Releases Thee", NOT "My Boquet Releases Thee"). Thus, the custom-names and custom phys-reps are akin to MTG flavor-text.
